As summer break comes to an end, we’re excited to lace up our running shoes and kick off another incredible Cross Country season!

Friday, July 31 marks our first preseason team meet at Al Ruschhaupt Park. This is a great opportunity for athletes to reconnect, meet new teammates, and get ready for the season ahead. Be sure to join SportsYou to stay up to date on important announcements, practice information, and team communication throughout the season.

On Saturday, August 1, athletes will compete in our annual Team Time Trial from 6:45–7:45 a.m. at Al Ruschhaupt Park. Immediately following the time trial, we’ll celebrate the start of the season with a Team & Family Potluck Brunch.​We hope all athletes and their families can join us as we celebrate the beginning of another great season together!
